This page describes what data Trash Talk collects, how it's used, and your rights. It is maintained by Trash Talk and is not a certification.
Data we collect
Account: email and (if you sign in with Google) your Google display name and profile photo. Subjects: names, aliases, and context you provide. Scans: the mentions returned from public sources, with source URL, title, verbatim snippet, and AI analysis. Billing: Stripe stores your payment method; we store your Stripe customer id and subscription status.
What we deliberately do NOT collect
We do not collect, store, or display the identity of any poster or commenter — even when publicly visible on the source page. We do not perform face recognition, unmask anonymous accounts, resolve home addresses, or aggregate posts across accounts.
Retention
Mentions are automatically deleted after 30 days via a scheduled job. Account data is kept while your account is active; you may delete it at any time from the dashboard.
Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors necessary to operate the Service: Lovable Cloud (database + auth), Stripe (payments), Firecrawl (web search), and the Lovable AI Gateway (analysis). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Access, export, correction, and deletion — email support to exercise these rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based; only authenticated users can access their own data via row-level security policies.
