These Terms govern your use of Trash Talk ("the Service"), a reputation-monitoring tool that searches public web sources for mentions of a subject you own or are authorized to monitor.

1. Eligibility & Attestation

You may only create subjects for yourself, a business or brand you own or represent, or a public figure/entity you have a legitimate reason to monitor. You must confirm this at subject creation. Misuse — including monitoring private individuals, partners, employees, neighbors, or minors — is grounds for immediate termination.

2. Not verification, not legal advice

AI-generated summaries, risk assessments, and draft responses are informational only. They do not constitute legal advice or verified findings. Consult a qualified attorney for any decision with legal implications.

3. Source data

The Service links to publicly accessible content. Trash Talk does not verify accuracy of third-party posts and does not identify anonymous posters.

4. Payments

One-time scans grant a single scan credit. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. All sales are final except where required by law.

5. Data retention

Scan results and mentions are automatically deleted after 30 days. You may export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy without refund.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trash Talk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
